*Listen to some calming music, drink something warm and soothing, and do something that sparks joy
*Imagine rain trickling down and relaxing each muscle as it passes and then picture a safe place of relaxation
*Reach out to your personal supports that have meaning to you and ask for help:
1.Change: Why Me? -> What Next?
2. Force yourself to practice gratitude- you have it better than someone else in the world
3. Quit Blaming Others or Yourself- it is what it is, let it go, what next?
